Inclusive Neighborhoods

Inclusive Neighborhoods welcome all homebuyers, including homebuyers with intellectual and developmental disabilities ("I/DD") and their families.  For this reason, our neighborhoods are also known as neuro-inclusive neighborhoods.

 

Our focus on inclusivity also includes providing the very best home designs, structural options, and finishes for all of our customers, and then inviting them to work with our experienced interior design team to personalize their new homes using an extensive palette of finish selections.

After construction, closing, and move-in, all of our homebuyers are members of homeowners associations (HOAs) that are designed, organized, and managed to promote dignity, respect, and a sense of belonging for all of the residents living in our neighborhoods.
